Produced in ultra-limited quantities, this prime bourbon is offered non-chilled and unfiltered and is aged a minimum of 12 years in new American white oak casks with a varying 116.8+ proof. Originally released in April 2017 in a mere 113 privately selected bottles, WFE 12 year old Single Barrel #6497 is composed of an undisclosed mash bill estimated to be a blend of Willet’s high corn recipe, namely; a minimum of 70% corn, 7-10% rye, and 10-14% malted barley.
